Dear Commander: 

Mecharashi will officially launch on July 31st at 00:00 (UTC-7)! We’ve prepared answers to some frequently asked questions to help you get ready: 

 

#Launch Information#

Q: When will the game launch?

A: Mecharashi goes live on July 31st at 00:00 (UTC-7). The client will be available for pre-download starting July 30th at 22:00 (UTC-7).

 

Q: Where can I download the game client?

A: When the pre-download becomes available, you can get it from the following platforms: 

Official Website: Android APK and PC version. (https://mecharashi.tentree-games.com/);

App Store / Google Play / Steam / Epic Games: Search for “Mecharashi” in the store.

 

#Account, Platform & Server Info#

Q: Will data be shared across platforms (Official Website/App Store / Google Play / Steam / Epic Games)?

A: Yes! Game progress is synced across all platforms. Log in with the same account on any platform to access the same character. Note: Steam users and guest accounts can link their email in the in-game Account Center to log in across other platforms.

 

#Top-up & Bonuses#

Q: Is there an official top-up center and are there any perks?

A: Once the game is live, you can access the official top-up center via the website. First-time purchases will get a special emblem and 100 Solid Arashium. For purchases of 50 or more credits, you’ll receive an extra 6% bonus!

 

#System Requirements and Client Info#

Q: What are the minimum system requirements?

A: Android: Dimensity 810 / Snapdragon 750G / Kirin 820

PC: i5 CPU, 8GB RAM, dedicated GPU (GT 1030 or above), 20GB free HD space

iOS: iPhone 12 or newer

 

Q: Can I update the beta version to the official release?

A: Yes, the beta client can be updated starting July 30th at 22:00 (UTC-7). However, since the update size is the same as a fresh install, we recommend uninstalling the beta version and then installing the public release.

 

Q: What if I get overheating, lag, or black screens?

A: Try the following: 

1. Close background apps; make sure your phone has at least 4GB of free RAM

2. In the game settings, lower the in-game graphics: Set the Texture Quality and/or Resolution to Low

3. Turn off High FPS mode

Q: What if the PC version won’t start and says it needs to be repaired, but still won’t start after repairing?

A: This might be a conflict with antivirus software. Try disabling it temporarily and restarting the game.

 

Q: What if I see a missing component error or I get a black screen and can’t log in?

A: Please install the following dependencies and update your graphics drivers:

#Rewards & Events#

Q: How do I claim my milestone and pre-registration rewards? What’s included?

A: To claim your rewards, within 30 days of launch go to Campaign → Advance Team Supplies

Milestone Rewards: An A-Grade ST (Choose from Gamesaurs, Roadrunner or Radiance), 8888 Milkhama Dollars, 5 EN Containers and 20 Transit Vouchers!

Pre-registration Rewards: Reservation Exclusive Emblem, 3 Transit Vouchers, 10 ELEM EXP Records

 

Q: How do I claim my beta test rewards?

A: Beta rewards will be sent to your registered email on July 30th. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).
